Since the early 1990’s, Malcolm Chilman has worked with stakeholders of small and medium business providing advisory services on matters of; accounting, taxation, business planning, structuring, evaluating, corporate governance, auditing and financial control. Malcolm is a fellow of the Institute of Public accountants which makes him a Qualified Accountant in Australia. He is also a Registered Tax Agent of the Australian Taxation Office.
