What’s Involved?
We keep it simple and flexible:

Paired with another experienced BMSC mentor (you always work in a team of two).

1-2 hours per month for mentoring sessions (per mentee).

Focus on just one business at a time, with the option to take on more if your schedule allows.

Meetings are relaxed, practical, and focused on real issues.
